1. Introduction

Welcome to pk24u. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pk24u website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of this Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the pk24u Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

3. Account Registration & Verification

Creating a pk24u account is free and straightforward. Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Registration Requirements

• Full legal name matching government-issued identification documents.
• Valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid mobile number for account verification and two-factor authentication.
• Your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile banking number linked to the account must be registered in your own name.

Identity Verification (KYC)

pk24u may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to a copy of your National ID Card (NID), passport, or driver's license, along with proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pk24u supports fast and secure transactions through leading Bangladeshi mobile financial services. All financial operations on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Players are solely responsible for understanding any fees associated with their chosen payment method.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your account instantly. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes.
• pk24u does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used for depositing must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and account standing.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method previously used for a deposit, or to a verified account held in the player's own name.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full before the withdrawal is approved.
• pk24u reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. Suspicious transactions may be held pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk24u periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are for eligible registered players only. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• pk24u reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time if abuse or misuse is suspected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

pk24u reserves the right to make the final determination on all bonus-related disputes. Players who attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage, or any form of bonus abuse will have their accounts reviewed and may face permanent suspension.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pk24u Platform — including live casino games, cricket betting markets, slots, and crash games — are governed by their own individual game rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. pk24u bears no responsibility for financial loss resulting from a player's failure to understand game rules.

Prohibited Game Conduct

Data is used solely for account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk24u Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities:

• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to conceal, transfer, or convert proceeds of criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading identity information, or impersonating another person.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at other players or pk24u staff members.
• Any form of chargeback fraud, including disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider to recover funds already deposited and wagered on the Platform.

pk24u employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that continuously monitor account activity. Any account flagged for suspicious behaviour will be placed under review. During the review period, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

pk24u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any prohibited conduct described in these terms. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, pk24u will cooperate fully with relevant authorities and may withhold funds pending investigation.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any applicable fees. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk24u, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings, or business interruption, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

pk24u does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (including network outages or force majeure events) may temporarily affect service availability. pk24u accepts no liability for losses incurred as a direct result of service unavailability during such periods.

12. Amendments to Terms

pk24u reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the pk24u Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law, as applicable to the Platform's operations and its user base in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to the pk24u customer support team for resolution through mutual agreement.

For any unresolved disputes, players agree that the matter will be settled through binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. All disputes must be raised in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims raised after this period may not be considered. pk24u's decision in all operational matters shall be final and binding.
