Our Commitment to Safe Play
At pk24u, we believe that gambling should always be an entertaining activity — never a source of stress, financial strain, or personal harm. Our platform is built with the safety of Bangladesh players in mind, and we actively encourage every user to set boundaries and play within their means.
Responsible gaming is not just a policy at pk24u — it is a core value. Whether you enjoy cricket betting, live casino games, or slots, we want your experience to remain positive and controlled. If at any point gambling stops being fun, we are here to help you take a step back.
pk24u is strictly for adults. You must be 21 years or older to register and play on our platform. We actively verify player age during account registration to protect young people across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and all of Bangladesh.

Recognising Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can affect anyone. The signs are not always obvious, but being aware of the warning signals early gives you the best chance to regain control. If you notice any of the following in yourself or someone you know, it may be time to seek help:
- Spending more money on gambling than you originally planned
- Chasing losses by placing larger bets to recover previous losses
- Borrowing money from family, friends, or taking loans to fund gambling
- Neglecting work, family, or personal responsibilities because of gambling
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling
- Lying to family or friends about the amount of time or money spent on gambling
- Using gambling as a way to escape stress, depression, or personal problems
If you recognise any of these signs, please reach out to our support team immediately. You are not alone, and help is available. Early action is always the most effective step toward recovery.
Tools to Stay in Control
pk24u provides a range of practical tools that you can activate directly from your account settings or by contacting our support team. These tools are free, easy to use, and designed to give you full control over your gambling activity.
Deposit Limit Control
Define how much you can deposit in a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day period. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets.
Session Time Reminders
Set a maximum session duration so you receive a pop-up notification reminding you how long you have been playing — ideal for staying aware during late-night sessions.
Temporary Time-Out
Pause your account for a set period — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — so you can step back, reassess, and return only when you feel ready.
Self-Exclusion
Choose a longer exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or a permanent ban. During this period your account is fully suspended and you cannot log in or deposit.
Account Activity Review
Request a full summary of your account activity — deposits, withdrawals, game history, and session logs — to better understand your gambling patterns over time.
Tips for Healthy Gambling Habits
Maintaining a healthy relationship with gambling starts with setting clear personal boundaries before you begin. Decide on a fixed budget before every session and treat any losses as the cost of entertainment — never chase them. Keep gambling separate from your daily financial commitments, and never use money reserved for rent, groceries, or family necessities.
Balance your gaming sessions with other activities you enjoy — whether that is following the Bangladesh Tigers in a BPL match, spending time with family during Eid, or exploring Dhaka's vibrant culture. Gambling is one form of entertainment among many, not a primary income source or a solution to financial problems.
Never gamble under the influence of alcohol or when you are feeling emotionally distressed. Poor emotional states impair judgment and can lead to impulsive decisions that go far beyond your intended budget. Always play with a clear head and a calm mindset — if you are not in the right frame of mind, log out and come back another day.
